OPSC Recruitment 2024: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is accepting online applications from suitable and interested male and female applicants for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical). As stated in the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024, the applicant must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from any university or Institution recognized by the Government or he/she be an Associated Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Electrical Engineering. Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and not above the age of 38 years to be eligible for applying to the given post.
There are 86 vacant seats available for OPSC Recruitment 2024. The selection will be determined on the basis of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The chosen candidates will be provided a monthly compensation on level 12 of the Pay Matrix. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements as informed by the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024 must submit their online application through the official website of OPSC on or before the closing date. The online application will be started on 19.01.2024.
As per the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024, there are 86 vacancies open for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical).
To apply for OPSC Recruitment 2024, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age of 38 years as on the date 01.01.2022.
The selected candidates for OPSC Recruitment 2024 will get a monthly salary on Level 12 of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules-2017 with usual dearness allowance and other allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
Candidates who have a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from any university or Institution recognized by the Government or he/she be an Associated Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Electrical Engineering are eligible to apply for OPSC Recruitment 2024.
Based on the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2024, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and interview. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks scores in valid GATE scores carrying 90% weightage and interviews carrying 10% weightage. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
