Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023: The Office of General Manager, Ordnance Factory (Ministry of Defence) Khamaria, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) has invited Applications in the Specimen Proforma from the Candidates Eligible for Tenure-Based DBW (Danger Building Worker) Personnel on a Contractual Basis with 200 Vacancies to be filled up for 04 Years based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued. According to the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Last Date for receipt of the Applications is 30.06.2023.
Based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Contractual Tenure-based DBW (Danger Building Worker) Post is to be filled up with Basic Pay Rs.19900 Plus DA. So Eligible Candidates with Interest may complete the Application Submission Process up to 30.06.2023.
Note: Ex-Apprentices of AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) Trade having gained Ordnance Factories Training/Experience in Manufacturing and Handling of Military Ammunition & Explosives and also Ex-Trade Apprentice of AOCP Trade Trained in Ordnance Factories of Erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board possessing NAC/NTC Certificate issued by the National Council of Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT) (now National Council of Training in Vocational Trade (NCVT) for the Tenure based DBW (Danger Building Worker) Personnel on Contractual Basis, to work in Ordnance Factory Khamaria, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh are Eligible to apply as per the Instructions:

Post: Tenure-Based Danger Building Worker (DBW)
Vacancy: 200 No.
Appointment Terms: Contractual Post (04-Years’ Tenure Based)
Based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Post-Selection, Tenure-Based Danger Building Worker shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary explained here below:
Monthly Salary: Basic Pay Rs.199900 Plus DA
Remuneration will be paid at the rate of 1/30th of the Pay at the Basic of the Relevant Pay Scale Plus Dearness Allowance for 08 Hours’ Work a day.
ii) Central DA as prevalent will be Applicable.
iii) House Rent Allowance as per Classification of Cities (when Company Quarter is not available)
Note: In case of availability of Company Quarters, Priority would be given for allotment of Quarters. License Lee for Quarters will be deducted at the rates as applicable to Regular Workmen.
According to the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Age Limit for General/Un-Reserved Category Candidate as on 30.06.2023 shall be as follows:

Eligibility for Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023:
The Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification for Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Advertisement may be read as explained hereunder:

The Selection for the Tenure-Based Danger Building Worker, under the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement will be done/completed in the order of Merit.
The Mode of Selection for the Tenure-Based Danger Building Worker Post shall be done as explained hereunder:
i) Selection of the Candidates shall be done based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit. Cut-off Percentage for calling the Candidates for Trade Test for 100 Marks will be decided by the Ordnance Factory Khamaria on the basis of the Total Marks secured in the NCTVT/NCVT.
ii) The Trade Test will be carried out by Ordnance Factory Khamaria probably within 01 (One) Month of the Closing Date of the Advertisement. Trade Test/ Practical Test.
iii) Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Combined marks secured in the NCTVT Examination and Trade Test/Practical Test.
iv) Weightage of Marks in the NCTVT Examination and Trade Test/Practical Test will be 80% and 20% respectively.
v) The Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit.
vi) The number of Candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the number of Posts notified (Discipline/Category-wise).
