OSEPA Recruitment 2023: OSEPA is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Junior Teacher (Schematic) in the subject of Arts, Science, Urdu, Telugu and Bengali. As mentioned in the official notification of OSEPA Recruitment 2023, there are 19990 Vacancies available for the mentioned opportunity. The candidates should have Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Diploma in Elementary Education ( B.El.Ed.) or Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) and the candidates should have passed in the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test-I (OTET-I). Candidates must have Odia as MIL up to class X or pass an Odia language test equivalent to the Matric standard conducted or declared equivalent by the Board of Secondary Education etc. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position shall not be below 18 years of age and above 38 years. The selected candidates will get consolidated remuneration according to the posts as decided by the Government from time to time.
As stated in the official notification of OSEPA Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Merit List, Counselling, Approval, Document Verification, Online computer-based test and Publication of Master List by the selection committee. The final selection will be based on the Computer Based Test (CBT) Examination Conducted by the committee. The syllabus of the CBT examination is available on the OSEPA website. The date, time and venue will be mentioned in the admit card of the concerned candidates. As mentioned in the official notification of OSEPA Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online by filling out the application form available on the official website of OSEPA and submitting it to the same website. The candidates have to submit the application form on or before the last date of the submission. No other mode of application will be accepted. There will be no examination fee.

Qualification and Experience Required according to the Classes are as mentioned below:
For Classes I to V:

For Classes VI to VIII:
The candidates should have Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and a B.Ed. or Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE or Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year B. A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed./ B.Sc.Ed. or Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) or Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed. and Pass in Odisha Eligibility Test-II (OTET-II) Candidates must have Odia as MIL up to class-X or pass in Odia language test equivalent to Matric standard conducted or declared equivalent by Board of Secondary Education.
In order to be eligible for Urdu/Bengali/Telugu Junior Teacher (Schematic), candidates must have passed Urdu/ Bengali/Telugu as the case may be as MIL up to High School Certificate (HSC) standard. Since their engagement is likely to be held in bilingual schools, such candidates shall produce a certificate from the Head Master of the concerned school to the effect that she/he has passed the HSC examination in Odia medium. Persons with Diploma in Education (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) qualification shall undergo, after appointment, an NCTE-recognised 6-month Special Programme in Elementary Education.
