Essential Qualifications for Parliament of India Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for the Parliament of India Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the following essential qualifications for the posts mentioned:

The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline with any one of the following conditions:

• Regional language(s) concerned as recognized in the Constitution of India as a compulsory or elective subject at the Matriculation (Class X) or equivalent or higher level. OR
• The candidate should have  a diploma in the regional language(s) concerned from a recognized university or institution. OR
• Regional language(s) concerned as the mother tongue. OR
• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent, along with five years of experience in translation or interpretation work in the regional language concerned.

Desirable-

• The candidate must have a certificate in a computer course recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), or courses equivalent to ‘O’ level in terms of syllabus and duration of the course as prescribed by NIELIT.
• The candidate should have experience in translation or interpretation work. And
• The candidate should have a certificate in computer courses recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or courses equivalent to ‘O’ level in terms of syllabus and duration of the course as prescribed by NIELIT.

Age Limit for Parliament of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Parliament of India Recruitment 2023, the minimum age and maximum age of the candidates are 22 years and 70 years old, respectively.

Salary for Parliament of India Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of Parliament of India Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for these posts will get a remuneration of Rs 6,000 per day.

Tenure for Parliament of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Parliament of India Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of one year.

Selection Process for Parliament of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Parliament of India Recruitment 2023, the selection of the candidates will be based on an oration test or simultaneous interpretation test(s), as described below. Only those candidates who qualify for the Oration Test at the required standards will be allowed to appear in the Simultaneous Interpretation Test. The date and venue of the tests will be communicated to eligible candidates when admit cards are distributed.

• Oration Test: The candidates will be subjected to an oration test, which will be worth 200 marks. During the oration test, a candidate will be required to speak extempore for 3 minutes in English or Hindi and 3 minutes in the regional language concerned on any one of the 7 topics in English or Hindi and 7 topics in the language concerned given to her or him.
• Simultaneous Interpretation Test: From the concerned regional language to English/Hindi (5 minutes) of 100 marks and from English/Hindi to the concerned language (5 minutes) of 100 marks
