Paytm is hiring an experienced Sales Operations – Team Lead/Junior Manager at their Delhi NCR location. You will use data to inform business strategy and propagate the company’s main growth engine. You will work hand in hand with our business departments, and product and data team creating a data-driven culture to maximize impact.

What will you be doing:

Should have skills that help identify problems and seek solutions promptly.

Knowledge of Data Automation and Dashboard Preparation.

Experience of Advance Excel, Macros, Scripting and PPT.

Hands-On experience in Google dashboard, excel, access, and SQL, problem-Solving & Analytical Skills.

Qualifications for this Job:

More than 3 years of experience in Advance Excel & Large Sales Team Data

Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written

MS-Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Should be able to work around with various cross-functional teams

Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
