Qualification and Experience for PFC Recruitment 2023:

For Project Coordinator-

• The candidate should have a B.E./ B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics and Communication / IT/ CS).

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 6 Years and Below 10 Years of Experience in coordinating/ monitoring/ implementation of large-scale power projects in the Power Distribution Sector.

For Project Coordinator (Management)-

• The candidate should have a Graduation (any discipline, preferably engineering) and an MBA (HR) Full-time or Equivalent.

Experience-

• The candidates should have a minimum of 06 Years and below 10 Years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years and below 6 Years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector.

Tenure for PFC Recruitment 2023:

The engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for PCF Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years or till the existence of RDSS whichever is earlier. However, it will be extendable by 06 months on each occasion, but in any case, it will not exceed 04 years and 06 months under the same contract.

Place of Posting for PFC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of PFC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be posted Anywhere in India at the Headquarters of Discoms / Power Departments, PFC offices. Region-wise preference may be filled up in the application form (Northern Region, Western Region, Southern Region and Eastern Region). PFC reserves all the right in this regard.

Salary for PFC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for PFC Recruitment 2023 will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.87000.

Selection Process for PFC Recruitment 2023:

The selection of PFC Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview, the venue and time for which will be intimated through the website and email. Apart from the Interview, PFC has the right to apply any other selection method, if required.
