To fill the position of Subject Matter Expert (SME), Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) is currently accepting applications from qualified and suitable candidates. PFC Recruitment 2024 has three positions available.

Tenure for PFC Recruitment 2024:

In compliance with the official PFC Recruitment 2024 notification, the applicant will be appointed for a period of five years from the date of joining.

• The maximum age limit for the assigned position is 65 years.

Qualification for PFC Recruitment 2024:

SME (CRM)/L4

• Candidate should have a CA/CMA/MBA or Equivalent in Finance full-time course/B.E/B.Tech/ Graduation in Engineering from any Indian University/Institution recognized by UGC.

Additional Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a Professional certification in Financial Risk management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
  OR
• Candidate should have a Professional Risk Management Certification from the PRMIA Institute.
  OR
• Candidate should have 02 years’ experience as a CRO in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

SME (CFU)/L4 and SME (CFU)/L3

• Candidate should have a Graduation in any stream.

Desirable Additional Qualification:

• Candidate should have a CA/CMA or MBA or equivalent in Finance full-time course from any Indian University /Institution recognized by UGC.
  OR
• The candidate should be the Company Secretary.
  OR
• Candidate should have 05 years of integrated degrees in law full-time course from any Indian University / Institution recognized by UGC.
  OR
• Candidate should have an LLB 03 year full-time course from any Indian University/Institution recognized by UGC.
• Candidate should be a Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF.

Salary for PFC Recruitment 2024:

The official PFC Recruitment 2024 notification states that the monthly salary for shortlisted candidates will range from Rs. 125000 to Rs. 185000.

Experience for PFC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the PFC Recruitment 2024, must have the following experience.

SME (CRM)/L4

• Candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification work experience.
• The last 05 years of work experience should be in the Risk Management Department of a scheduled commercial bank.

SME (CFU)/L4

• Candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of Post Qualification in the scheduled commercial bank with Experience of at least 10 years in Compliance/Risk/Audit verticals; out of which a minimum of 05 years should be part of the Compliance function Team at a senior level.

SME (CFU)/L3

• Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of Post Qualification in the scheduled commercial bank with Experience of at least 05 years in Compliance/Risk/Audit verticals; out of which a minimum of 03 years should be as part of the Compliance function Team at a senior level.
