Quality Council of India (QCI) is inviting aspirants for the post of Secretary-General on a direct recruitment /deputation. The number of openings available for the Secretary-General, Post is 01.

Tenure for QCI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of QCI Recruitment 2023, applicant would be appointed for a tenure period of 05 years.

Age Limit for QCI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of QCI Recruitment 2023, the minimum should be 45 years and the maximum age limit should be 55 years.

Qualification for QCI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the QCI Recruitment 2023 must have Post Graduate degree in Sciences / Social Sciences / Management / Commerce / Engineering & Technology / Medicine / Law / Fine Arts / Liberal Arts / Architecture / Design / Agricultural Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.

Experience for QCI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of QCI Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the Secretary-General post is given below.

• Candidate should have more than 20 years, after attaining the minimum prescribed educational qualification. Out of total experience of at least 5 years as CEO
  or
• Candidate should be a Head of an institution
  or
• Should be joint Secretary or equivalent or higher (working at least for 5 years in pay Level 14)
  or
• Candidate should be a Director at the Board level of PSU working in the E9 Level for at least 5 years

Salary for QCI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of QCI Recruitment 2023, the candidate will get an Annual CTC of Rs. 56 Lakhs.

Area of Operation for QCI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of QCI Recruitment 2023, the area of Operation is given below.

• The Secretary General (SG) of QCI shall act as the Member Secretary of the Society as per the provision of the Societies Registration Act.
• The SG shall function as the chief executive officer of QCI and shall have all the executive powers to supervise and manage the technical and administrative functions of the Council as per the rules of the Governing Council.
• The SG shall, subject to the provision of rules and decisions of the Governing Body, exercises general supervision and administrative control over the officers and the staff of QCI including delineating their duties and functions.
• The SG shall coordinate and exercise professional leadership in respect of all activities of QCI.
