Candidates should have Passed the 12th (+2stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than (50% marks in the aggregate will be required for NTPC categories. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen candidates and candidates with higher qualifications (Graduation/Post Graduation). OR Passed Matriculation + Course Completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT from recognized institutions for the posts in Technical Categories (No other qualification including Diploma in Engineering considered as an alternative higher qualification on the ground of being a higher qualification in the same line of training.)
Professional (Cultural) Qualification:-
In possession of Degree/Diploma/Certificate in respective discipline only from Government recognized Institute.
Desirable Qualification:-
Experience in the field and performance are given on AIR/Doordarshan etc.
Prizes won at National Level during the last 03 financial years, i.e. 2020-2021, 2021- 2022 & 2022-2023 upto 31.03.2023.
