Human Resource (HR) Executives of Railways/Railway Boards with Working Experience in the Domain of Establishment and Personnel Management including Policy Formulation/Implementation related to Rules, Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Allied Activities.
Desirable: Knowledge of Working on the Computer Mandatory
I) A second general manager working at level 13 of pay (7th CPC)
II) Joint General Manager: Ten years of Gazetted Service and Pay Level 12 (7th CPC)
III) Deputy General Manager with eight years of gazetted service and Pay Level 12/Level 11 (7th CPC).
IV) Assistant General Manager: Working at Level 11 or having worked for four years at Levels 8, 9, and 10 (7th CPC)
V) Served in Pay Levels 08, 09, and 10 Senior Manager (7th CPC)
VI)Senior Manager: 04 Years of Service, 04 Years of Employment at Pay Level 7. (7th CPC)
VII) Deputy manager who is employed at Pay Level 7. (7th CPC)
VIII) Assistant Manager with four years’ experience at Pay Level Six (7th CPC)
