Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023: The Office of Registrar (Examinations), High Court of Rajasthan, Jodhpur/Bench Jaipur has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Legal Researcher Post through Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 29.03.2023. According to the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy for Contractual Engagement as Legal Researcher to be deputed for the Hon’ble Judge Mr Justice Inderjeet Singh.
Taking cognizance of the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligible Candidates may apply following the Instructions in therein. As per the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, both Online Application and the Requisite Examination Fee shall close on 13.04.2023 and 14.04.2023 respectively.

According to the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selected Candidate shall be paid a Consolidated Monthly Honorarium explained hereunder:
Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 50000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only.
As per the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, Intending Candidate must not have attained 33 Years on 1st January preceding the Last Date 13.04.2023 for the Online Application.
According to the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification with Desirable Knowledge is as explained hereunder:
Educational Qualification: A Fresh Bachelor Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.) Or Post Graduate in Law from the Accredited University/ies/College/ Institutions established by Law in India.
Desirable: Basic Knowledge of Computer is Essential
Note: The Candidate must neither be a Practicing Advocate nor engaged/appointed elsewhere on Honorarium Payment Basis.
The Selection Criteria for Selection on to Legal Researcher Post shall be carried through based on Screening of the Academic Career and Extra-Curricular Achievement of the Candidates. The Candidates, so shortlisted, shall be called in Interview for Final Selection on the basis of Assessment of Suitability.
Engagement Term and nature: The Candidate selected for Legal Researched Post shall be engaged on a Purely Temporary Contractual Basis Initially for One Year but with the Extension for further 04 Years or till Retirement of the Concerned Honorable Judge which being Earlier subject to the Candidate’s Individual Performance to the Satisfaction of the Honorable Judge with Who He/She is attached, which not entail the Person Concerned to claim any Regular Appointment.
On Selection and before taking over any Assignment, the Legal Researcher shall need to submit before the Registrar (Administration) of the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur/Bench Jaipur, an Undertaking in Formats as may be prescribed in Schedule II and Schedule III from time to time.
Legal Researcher Term Certification: On Successful completion of the Term of Assignment of the Incumbent, the Registrar General, High Court of Rajasthan shall issue a Certificate to Him/Her in the Format prescribed in Schedule IV.
Based on the Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the requisite Examination Fee to be remitted through the Payment Gateway:
Exam Fee: Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred) only
