Eligibility for RCF Recruitment 2023:

• Applicant should have a degree or diploma in Engineering
• Applicant should have retired from the position of Sr.Manager or above post in RCF.
• Applicant should have experience of working in both the units i.e. Thal & Trombay.
• Applicant should have also worked in Ammonia Plant, PHS, and Internal Audit during their tenure.

According to the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 65 years.

Salary for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get a Lump sum remuneration of 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay + DA.

Role and Responsibilities for RCF Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RCF Recruitment 202, the Advisor’s roles and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

• Daily monitoring of all active major plant operations.
• Regular progress reviews and briefings to the head of an internal audit.
• Identifying the restrictions, problems, and flaws with the Thal Plant.
• Suggestions for overcoming obstacles and concentrating on resource preservation.
• A strategy for resolving the issues.
• Conduct at least five technical audits of the Thal Unit.
• As necessary and per routine, follow up with plants and outsourced auditors to ensure that reports and responses to technical and non-technical audit queries are received in a timely manner.
• Any additional task assigned

Tenure for RCF Recruitment 2023

As per the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a period of six months.

Selection Procedure for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023,  candidates will be selected through Personal Interviews, where candidates fulfilling minimum Qualification criteria will be shortlisted for Personal interviews. The Personal Interview may be conducted through Personal Interview/Video Conferencing/ Online Mode.
