Age Limit for RCF Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Management Trainee (CC Lab) post is 32 years and for the rest, the maximum age limit is 27 years as of 01.05.2023.

Training Period for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, candidates will be required to complete a one-year training program.

Qualification for RCF Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the RCF Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Management Trainee (Electrical)

• Regular Full time 4 years BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Electrical Discipline from UGC/AICTE approved institutions.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Electrical must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.
  OR
• Three years regular and full-time BE / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Electrical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full-time Diploma in Engineering.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Electrical must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.

Management Trainee (IT)

• Regular full-time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering must be mentioned in the degrees.
  OR
• Three years regular and full-time BE / B. Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full-time Diploma in Engineering.
• Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Information Technology / Computer must be mentioned in the degrees.

Management Trainee (Human Resources)

• Regular and Full-Time Graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE-recognized University / Institution.
• Two years regular and full-time Post-Graduation degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent master degree with a specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.
• Additional qualifications in law will be preferred. Proficiency in the Marathi language is preferable.

Salary for RCF Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, at the time of training period candidates will be paid a lump sum stipend of Rs.30000 per month. After successful completion of one year of training, the applicant will be paid on a Pay Scale between Rs.40000 to Rs.140000.

The minimum Total Monthly Gross Emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (39.2%)+Perks (34%), HRA (27%), and additional allowances, amounting to about Rs. 80000 approximately.

Application Fee for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories need to pay a Non- Refundable application fee of Rs.1000 plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) at the time of submission of online application through the internet banking account or credit/ debit card, whereas for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category are not required to pay any application fee.

Selection Procedure for RCF Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, the selection procedure for Management Trainee roles includes an online test as well as a personal interview.
