REC Recruitment 2023: The REC (Rural Electrification Corporation) Limited is inviting applications from professionals/experts with rich professional experience for the post of Advisor, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant in the sectors/areas of Transport & Logistics, Renewable Energy, Water Resources & Sanitation, Social & Commercial Infrastructure, Coals & Mines, Communication, Business Development, and Finance/Banking. As per the official notification for REC Recruitment 2023, the candidates are being appointed on a contractual basis for a period of 01 year, which can be further extended based on performance and requirements.
According to the REC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are a total of 19 vacancies available for the three posts mentioned above in the above-mentioned areas/sectors. The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of up to Rs 2,00,000. Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply for the released vacancies. The maximum age limit to apply for this recruitment is 65 years as of 30th June 2023. The selected candidate will be posted in Gurugram.

As per the REC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for various posts must have the following qualifications:
For Advisor/Sr. Consultant in Coal & Mines:
Essential Qualification: Candidates should have a regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum first division or equivalent CGPA or an M. Sc in Geology.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having a Post- Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E/M. Tech and/or Certificate of Competency in Mining/Professional Mining Engineer/Chartered Mining Engineer is desirable.
For Advisor, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant in Finance/Banking:
Essential Qualification: Candidates should be Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants or should have a regular full-time MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Finance from a recognized Institute/ University with a good academic record.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having a CAIIB – Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers is desirable.
For Advisor, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant in Business Development:
Essential Qualification: Candidates should have a regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech./Chartered Accountant or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum first division or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having a Post- Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E/M. Tech is desirable.
For Advisor, Sr. Consultant, and Consultant in all other sectors:
Essential Qualification: Candidates should have a regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with a minimum first division or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having a Post- Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E/M. Tech is desirable.
As given in the REC Recruitment 2023 official notification, retired or separated employees from Central Government/State Government/CPSUs/State PSUs/ Autonomous Body/Private Sector or any such organization who have the below-mentioned experience are eligible to apply:
Advisor: Candidates should have a minimum of 25 years of experience in the relevant domain
Sr. Consultants: Candidates should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the relevant domain
Consultant: Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the relevant domain

Based on the REC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidates for various posts will receive a monthly salary as follows:
Advisor: The candidates selected for this post will receive Rs 2,00,000 per month
