REC Recruitment 2023: Monthly Salary Upto 280000, Check Posts, Qualification and How to Apply
REC Recruitment 2023: REC is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of General Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Officer, Assistant Officer, Chief Manager and Deputy General Manager under Engineering, F and A, IT, CC, CS CSR, Secretarial and Rajbhasha department. As per the official notification of REC recruitment 2023, there are a total of 125 vacancies for the given posts. In accordance with the official notification of REC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 280000. The upper age limit for every post is different which is given below in the article.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and written test. All the information will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. As given in the official notification of REC recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of REC. Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000 as application fee and other category candidates are exempted from payment of fee. The online applications have already started on 15th March 2023.

Deputy Manager(Engineering)- The maximum age limit 39 years.
Assistant Manager(Engineering)- The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Officer(Engineering)- The maximum age limit is 33 years.
Dy. General Manager (F&A)- The maximum age limit is 48 yaers.
Manager (F&A)- The maximum age limit is 42 years.
Officer (F&A)- The maximum age limit is 33 years.
Assistant Manager (HR)- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Age Relaxation will be given as below-
SC/ ST category: Five years.
OBC (Non-creamy layer): Three years.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Ten years; in addition to the age relaxation permissible for SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates subject to the condition that maximum age of the applicant including relaxation on the cut-off date shall not exceed 56 years.
Ex-servicemen: Upper age limit shall be relaxed by the length of military service increased by three years in the case of ex-servicemen and commissioned officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers of Short Service Commissioned Officers.
Persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989- Five years.
According to the official notification of REC recruitment 2023, the monthly salary will be given to selected candidates as given below-
General Manager(Engineering)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 1,20,000- Rs. 2,80,000.
Manager(Engineering)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 80,000- Rs. 2,20,000.
Deputy Manager(Engineering)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 70,000- Rs. 2,00,000.
Assistant Manager(Engineering)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60,000- Rs. 1,80,000.
Officer(Engineering)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50,000- Rs. 1,60,000.
Dy. General Manager (F&A)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 1,00,000- Rs. 2,60,000.
Manager (F&A)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 80,000- Rs. 2,20,000.
Officer (F&A)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50,000- Rs. 1,60,000
Assistant Manager (HR)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60,000- Rs. 1,80,000.
Manager (IT)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 80,000- Rs. 2,20,000.
Deputy Manager (IT)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 70,000- Rs. 2,00,000.
Assistant Manager (IT)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60,000- Rs. 1,80,000.

Officer(Rajbhasha)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50,000- Rs. 1,60,000.

Candidates applying for REC recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
General Manager(Engineering), Manager(Engineering), Deputy Manager(Engineering), Assistant Manager(Engineering) and Officer(Engineering)- B.Tech/ M.Tech in Electrical/Electrical(Power)/Electrical & Electronics/ Power Engineering/Power System Engineering/Mechanical along with the relevant experience.
Dy. General Manager (F&A), Manager (F&A), Officer (F&A) and Assistant Manager (HR)- MBA/ PG Diploma from a recognized university along with relevant experience.
Manager (IT), Deputy Manager (IT), Assistant Manager (IT) and Officer (IT)- B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBA/MCA in CS/IT from a recognized university along with relevant experience.
General Manager (CC), Deputy Manager (CC), Assistant Manager (CC) and Officer (CC)- MBA/ PG Diploma from a recognized university along with relevant experience.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and written test.
Selection shall be based on written test and/or Interview carrying weightage of 85% and 15% respectively in cases where both written test and interview are resorted to. For post at Sl. No. 24, selection shall be by way of a Skill test (only qualifying in nature), followed by an Interview carrying 100% weightage. The details of written test/ skill test will be intimated through the portal and email.
