Recruitment of SEBI Gr A 2022 Information Technology Stream: Important Information Regarding Paper 2
SEBI Recruitment 2022: Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) informs candidates about the Information Technology Stream that Paper 2 of the Phase II examination (Coding test) shall be conducted on September 24, 2022. In this regard, candidates may note that the online Coding test shall be conducted by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), on behalf of SEBI.
Candidates who have qualified for Paper 2 of Phase II of the Information Technology Stream will receive a user manual and comprehensive FAQs for “Parikshak” on their registered email addresses. “Parikshak” is an automated platform that will be used to evaluate programming skills during the coding test, which is scheduled to take place on September 24, 2022, in 30 cities. On the SEBI website, you can also get the User Manual and comprehensive FAQs.
On September 10, 2022, a practice exam will also be given to candidates so they can become comfortable with the Parikshak platform before the main coding examination. Also shared with the candidates will be a supplementary email with this information. However, a summary of the mock exam is provided below.

Duration: 1 Hour & 30 minutes (Candidates are required to login between 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM in order to access the mock exam)
Mock exam start time: 10:30 AM
Note: In case candidates login after 10:15 AM, they shall not be able to access the mock exam. All candidates are advised to note the same.
Mock exam end time: 12:00 PM
Number of Problems: 3
Location: Anywhere (Candidates can login from their pc/laptop for the examination)
Candidates would be required to enter their username and password on the “Parikshak” home screen. Eligible candidates will receive the Username and Password for login on their registered email addresses and mobile numbers. Only candidates who have passed Phase II of the examination are eligible.
For candidates to practice, an example assignment called “SEBI Practice” has been produced and is accessible under the “Assignment” option in Parikshak. The Parikshak environment can be utilized for practice with the same account and password. You can access “Parikshak” at https://parikshak.in/.
Up until September 23, 2022, the sample assignment will be accessible for practice. Before beginning to solve the challenge, the candidates must select one of the three languages—C++, Java, or Python.
