Qualification for RINL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of RINL Recruitment 2023, the required minimum educational qualification of the candidate is mentioned below:

• Candidates should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a specialization in Finance and with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountants.
• Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P and T Accounts and Finance Service and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working in the appropriate level are exempted from these educational qualifications.
• Further, applicants from the Central Govt./Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, will also be exempted from the educational qualifications as per above provided the applicants have ‘the relevant experience’ as stipulated under experience criteria.
• In respect of applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services/ Central Government/ Armed Forces of the Union/ All India Services, Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ MBA/ PGDM will be a desirable educational qualification.

Experience for RINL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RINL Recruitment 2023, the required experience is given below:

• Candidates should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.

• ‘The relevant experience’ in respect of applicants from Central Government / Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Age Limit for RINL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RINL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s minimum age limit for the mentioned position shall be 45 years.

Remuneration for RINL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RINL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for Director (Finance) will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 75000 to Rs.100000.

Tenure for RINL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of RINL Recruitment 2023, the term of appointment shall be for 05 years beginning with the date of joining and ending with the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever come first.
