RITES Recruitment 2022: RITES Ltd, which stands for Rail India Technical and Economic Service, is a Union govt company registered at the registrar of companies, Delhi, and it was incorporated on 26 April of the year 1974.  The company carries out its operations under the jurisdiction of the Indian Railways, Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Providing consultancy services in rail transport management to operators in India and abroad was the company’s initial charter.

The company also provides opportunities to job seekers as currently, it is accepting applications from Indian eligible candidates for the vacant posts of Deputy General Manager (Legal), and Assistant Manager (Legal). Eligibility Conditions for the Post in RITES Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualifications For Deputy General Manager

In order to apply for the post of Deputy General Manager (Legal), candidate must possess a LLB Degree (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized University/ Institute approved by Bar Council of India. Also, a post qualification experience of minimum 9 years of practice after enrolment as an Advocate with Bar Council including experience in handling Electricity Regulatory matters, arbitration, litigation, contracts, drafting, vetting & review of contracts/ commercial documents will be preferred to apply for the recruitment. Candidate also should have Equivalent experience of working as in-house counsel in Govt. Depts./ PSU/ Companies to apply for the post. 

For Assistant Manager

The candidates who are going to apply for the following post must acquire a LLB Degree (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognized University/ Institute approved by Bar Council of India. Additionally, he/she should have a post qualification experience of at least 4 years after enrolment as an Advocate with Bar Council including experience in handling Electricity Regulatory matters, arbitration, litigation, contracts, drafting, vetting & review of contracts/ commercial documentation. Those who have working experience as in-house counsel in Govt. Depts./ PSU/ Companies will also be considered eligible to apply for the job. 

Age Limit

The maximum age limit preferred to apply for the post of Deputy General Manager (Legal) is 50 years, and for Assistant Manager, the preferred age limit is 40 years. 

Pay Scale

Deputy General Manager (Legal): Rs. 70, 000 – 2, 00, 000

Assistant Manager (Legal): Rs. 50, 000 – 1, 60, 000
