Monthly Salaries under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement/Vacancy Notice has prescribed the Monthly Remuneration accruing to the Selected Key Experts explained as hereunder:

Monthly Remuneration:

1st Post (182/23): Rs 70,000- 2,00,000 (IDA Pay Scale), Approximate Annual CTC: Rs. 18.5 Lac Per Annum

2nd Post (183/23): Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA Pay Scale), Approximate Annual CTC: Rs. 13.2 Lac Per Annum

3rd Post (184/23): Monthly Basic Pay Rs. 29566 Approximate Annual CTC: Rs. 6,45,725 Per Annum

4th Post (185/23): Monthly Basic Pay Rs. 29566 Approximate Annual CTC: Rs. 6,45,725 Per Annum

Upper Age Limits for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Maximum Age Limits to be reckoned as on 01.07.2023 is as follows:

The Age Limit prescribed for the Vacancy Circular mentioned here below are as follows:

1st Post (182/23): Maximum 50 Years

2nd to 4th Posts (183/23, 184/23 and 185/23) Maximum 40 Years

Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates shall remain as has been mentioned in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Circular.

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification:

Note: The Eligibility comprising Essential Educational Qualifications with the Desirable Experience specific to the Divisions may be referred to for perusal in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Eligible Applicants should have gained the Mandatory Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification(s) and Experience explained hereunder:

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

1st to 3rd Posts: Graduate in Civil Engineering from any Accredited University with Minimum 20/12/10 Years’ Experience in the Post-Relevant Job-Responsibility Areas.

4th Post: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate in Engineering WITH Diploma/Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in from any Accredited University with Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in the Allied Job-Responsibility Area.

Selection Process under RITES Recruitment 2023:

Selection for all 04 Notified Posts will be carried out through Personal Interaction. The Contractual Engagement based Appointments in the Key Expert Posts shall remain Purely and Strictly on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 Year’s Period. However, the Contractual Engagement stands Extendable subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Performance until completion of the Assignment. The Selected Incumbent’s Actual Engagement/ Deployment will be subject to the Approval accorded by the Client.

Nature & Period of Engagement: The Appointments shall be purely on Contractual Bases initially for 01 Year.  However, the Contractual Period stands extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and Satisfactory Performance. Selected Candidates shall be liable for Posting anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

Application Fee for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Application Fee prescribed vide RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular to be borne by the Candidates as follows:

I) General Category:  Rs. 600.00 Plus Taxes As Applicable

II) OBC Candidates:  Rs. 600.00 Plus Taxes As Applicable

III) EWS/ SC/ST/ PwBDs Candidates: Rs. 300.00  Plus Taxes As Applicable

How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2023:

According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Willing Candidates with Eligibility may visit the RITES Website for completing the Registration Process as per the Instructions prescribed therein.  The Willing Candidates should complete the Online Registration with the Particulars/ Enclosures Not Later Than 23.07.2023.

i) Before Initiating Online Application, the Candidates should ensure that they have satisfied the necessary Conditions and Requirements of the Position to be applied.

ii) Interested Candidates fulfilling Post-specific Eligibility Criteria should apply Online in the Registration Format available in the “Career Section” of the RITES Website.

iii) While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of the Online Format filled up by the Applicant. Note down this “Registration No.” and Quote it for all further Communications with RITES Ltd.

iv) While filling up the required details, the Candidates should carefully and correctly fill out the “Identity Proof” details. The Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be submitted/furnished in Original at later stages of Selection (if called).

v) After filling up the Required Details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, Candidate should submit the application.

vi) The Candidates are also advised to retain a Copy of Respective Application Forms submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the Selection (if called).

vii) While applying online, Candidates must attach Self-Attested Scanned Photocopies.
