Monthly Remuneration under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official  Vacancy Notice has the Monthly Remuneration stipulated for the Posts opted for by the Candidates, narrated  hereunder:

Annual CTC Pay and Allowances and Perks for the Posts remain as hereunder:

01-02) VC No. 218 & 219 (1st and 2nd Post): Rs. 1.00 Lac to Rs.2.60 Lac = Annual CTC Rs. 26.30 Lac

03-04) VC No. 220 & 221 (3rd and 4th Post): Rs. 90,000 to Rs.2.40 Lac = Annual CTC Rs.23.7 Lac

05) VC No. 222 (5th Post) Rs.80,000 to 2.20 Lac = Rs. 21.10 Lac

06) VC No. 223 (6th Post) Rs.50,000 to 1.60 Lac = Rs. 13.20 Lac

The Selected Candidates would be paid Basic pay and DA, Fixed/Variable Allowances @ 23% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. Other Benefits explained in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.

Upper Age Limits for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Maximum Age Limits to be reckoned as on 01.07.2023 is as follows:

The Age Limit prescribed for the Vacancy Circular mentioned here below are as follows:

1st to 5th Posts: Maximum 50 Years

6th Posts:  Maximum 40 Years

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification:

Note: The Eligibility comprising Essential Educational Qualifications with the Desirable Experience specific to the Divisions may be referred to for perusal in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Eligible Applicants should have gained the Mandatory Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification(s) and Experience explained hereunder:

Educational Qualification and Experience:

The Selected Candidates would be paid Basic pay and DA, Fixed/Variable Allowances @ 23% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to Provident Fund, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. Other Benefits are explained in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.

Note: The Applicants should have in possession Respective Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree duly recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE); from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central Legislature or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956. Sections A & B Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) which is treated as Equivalent to Degree by the Government of India and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, shall also be acknowledged.

1st Additional General Manager (Civil/Ports) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduation in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 17 Years’ Experience in Similar Field.

2nd Additional General Manager (Mechanical/Ports) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 17 Years’ Experience in Similar Field.

3rd Joint General Manager (Marine Structural Engineer) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree And Post Graduation in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 14 Years’ Experience in Similar Field.

4th Joint General Manager IWT Sector Expert) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 14 Years’ Experience in Similar Field.

5th Senior Deputy General Manager (Material Handling) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 12 Years’ Experience in Similar Field.

6th Assistant Manager (Hydrography) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in the Concerned Discipline with Minimum 04 Years’ Experience as Hydrographer.

Selection Process under RITES Recruitment 2023:

Selection Process: The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of the Selection remains as follows:

Total: 100%

I) Experience: 10%

II) Interview: 90%  (Technical & Professional Proficiency: 60%; Personality Communication & Competency:  30%)

Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates Category-wise are as follows:

I) Un-Reserved Category: 60% Marks

II) Economically Weaker Sections: 60% Marks

III) Reserved {SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs} Community: 50% Marks

Nature & Period of Engagement: The Appointments shall be Purely on Contractual Bases Initially for 01 Year, which stands further Extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance. The Selected Candidates will initially be posted at the Client’s Site in Rajasthan and shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

Selection for all 06 Notified Posts will be carried out through Personal Interaction. The Contractual Engagement-based Appointments all 06 Notified Posts shall remain Purely and Strictly on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 Year’s Period. However, the Contractual Engagement stands Extendable subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Performance until completion of the Assignment. The Selected Incumbent’s Actual Engagement/ Deployment will be subject to the Approval accorded by the Client.

Nature & Period of Engagement: The Appointments shall be purely on Contractual Bases initially for 01 Year.  However, the Contractual Period stands extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and Satisfactory Performance. Selected Candidates shall be liable for Posting anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2023:

According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Willing Candidates with Eligibility may visit the RITES Website for completing the Registration Process as per the Instructions prescribed therein.  The Willing Candidates should complete the Online Registration with the Particulars/ Enclosures Not Later Than 23.07.2023.

i) Before Initiating the Online Application, the Candidates should ensure that they have satisfied the necessary Conditions and Requirements of the Position to be applied.

ii) Interested Candidates fulfilling Post-specific Eligibility Criteria should apply Online in the Registration Format available in the “Career Section” of the RITES Website.

iii) While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of the Online Format filled up by the Applicant. Note down this “Registration No.” and Quote it for all further Communications with RITES Ltd.

iv) While filling up the required details, the Candidates should carefully and correctly fill out the “Identity Proof” details. The Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be submitted/furnished in Original at later stages of Selection (if called).

v) After filling up the Required Details under the “Fill/Modify Application Form”, Candidate should submit the Application.

vi) The Candidates are also advised to retain a Copy of Respective Application Forms submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the Selection (if called).
