Tenure–  The appointment shall be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Candidates selected shall tentatively be posted in Bangalore. However, the selected candidate is liable to be posted anywhere in India as per company requirements.

Qualification for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for RITES recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Senior Engineer-

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• The minimum post-qualification experience is 12 years.
• Candidate should have a Minimum Experience of 3 years in Construction supervision of major Infrastructure projects. Should have worked as an Engineer or equivalent in Construction Supervision of major Railways/ Metro/Flyovers/ viaduct projects for a minimum period of 2 years.

For Quality Control / Materials Engineer-

• Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• The minimum post-qualification experience is 10 years.
• Candidate should have past experience of 3 Years as a QA/QC Engineer.

For Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE) Expert-

• Graduate in Engineering / MA or M Sc in safety.
• The minimum post-qualification experience is 10 years.
• Candidate should have past experience of 3 Years as SHE Engineer.

For Planning Engineer-

• Graduate in Engineering.
• The minimum post-qualification experience is 10 years.
• The candidate should have 3 years of experience as a planning engineer.

Selection Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of experience and interview. Candidates are required to give two preferences for their choice of center for the interview at the time of online application.
