• The candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in accounting and be well versed with the externally aided project disbursement procedures, preferably in JICA-funded projects.
• The candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and accounting software like Tally, etc.

For Environmental and Social Monitoring Specialists:

• The candidates should have a degree in environmental engineering, an MSc in environmental studies, or a B.Tech. in civil engineering with 2 years post-graduation in environmental engineering.
• The candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• The candidates should have a good command of English.

Experience–

• The candidates should have work experience as an environmental specialist in the health sector or in the construction of hospitals, medical colleges, etc.
• The candidates should have experience with at least one major project.
• The candidates should have 3 years of at least one major project where they have to look after the welfare of the environment and clearance and related works during the construction of building.
