The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice issued for 02 Engineering and Non-Engineering Posts has 18 Vacancies explained hereunder:

01) 269/23: Manager (Sustainability): 06 Vacancies  

02) 270/23: Engineer (Sustainability): 12 Vacancies

Monthly Pay under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Monthly Salary, in accordance with the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular,  for which the Candidates post-Selection shall be entitled has been explained hereunder:

01) 269/23: Manager (Sustainability): 06 Vacancies  

Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000 And ii) Annual CTC: Rs. 15.90 Lac Per Annum

02) 270/23: Engineer (Sustainability): 12 Vacancies 

Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000 And ii) Annual CTC: Rs. 10.80 Lac Per Annum

Upper Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Age Limit for General Merit/Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.08.2023 is as follows:

i) Open Merit Candidates: Maximum 40 Years

ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved community candidates as per the Rules described in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Note:  Detailed Eligibility Criteria including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Professional Experience specific to both Posts have been explained in the Appended/Attached RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification for the Applicant’s Review.

01) Manager (Sustainability) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree Or  Master’s Degree in the concerned discipline with 07 Years’ Experience in the Expertise area.

02) Engineer (Sustainability) Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree Or  Master’s Degree in the concerned discipline with 02 Years’ Experience in the Expertise area.

Selection Criteria under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for both Non-Engineering and Engineering Posts vide the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice involves a Written Examination and Interview.  Merit shall be drawn up based on the Candidate’s individual Per

Selection Process: The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of the Selection remains as follows:

Selection Parameter Weightage: Total 100%

I) Experience: 05%

II) Written Test: 60%

III) Interview: 35%  (Technical & Professional Proficiency: 25%; Personality Communication & Competency: 10%)

Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates Category-wise are as follows:

I) Un-Reserved Category: 50%  Marks in the Interview and 60% Marks in the Written Test

II) Economically Weaker Sections: 50%  Marks in the Interview and 60% Marks in the Written Test

III) Reserved {SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs} Community:  50% Marks in the in Interview

Nature & Engagement Duration: The Appointments shall be Purely on Contractual Bases Initially for 01 Year, which stands further Extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance. The Selected Candidates will initially be posted in the cities country with All India Service Liability anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

Application Fee for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Application Fee prescribed vide RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular to be borne by the Candidates as follows:

I) General Category:  Rs. 600.00 Plus Taxes As Applicable

II) OBC Candidates:  Rs. 600.00 Plus Taxes As Applicable

III) EWS/ SC/ST/ PwBDs Candidates: Rs. 300.00  Plus Taxes As Applicable

Application Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates Online Recruitment Applications for both N0n-Engineering and Engineering Posts Notified therein.

Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Crucial Date for Online Registration shall terminate on 24.08.2023.

Accordingly, the Willing Candidates with Eligibility may visit the RITES Website for completing the Registration Process as per the Instructions prescribed therein.  The Willing Candidates should complete the Online Registration with the Particulars/ Enclosures Not Later Than 24.07.2023.

Interested Candidates fulfilling the above laid down Eligibility Criteria are required to apply Online in the Application Registration Format available in the Career Section of the RITES Website.

i) Before Initiating the Online Application, the Candidates should ensure that they have satisfied the necessary Conditions and Requirements of the Position to be applied.

ii) Interested Candidates fulfilling Post-specific Eligibility Criteria should apply Online in the Registration Format available in the “Career Section” of the RITES Website.

iii) While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of the Online Format filled up by the Applicant. Note down this “Registration No.” and Quote it for all further Communications with RITES Ltd.

iv) While filling up the required details, the Candidates should carefully and correctly fill out the “Identity Proof” details. The Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be submitted/furnished in Original at later stages of Selection (if called).

v) After filling up the Required Details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, Candidate should submit the Application.

vi) The Candidates are also advised to retain a Copy of the Respective Application Formats submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the Selection (if called).

vii) While applying Online, Candidates must attach Self-Attested Scanned Photocopies.
