RITES Limited is seeking eligible candidates for contract positions as Engineering Professionals in various designations. There are 66 seats available for the aforementioned position, according to the official RITES Recruitment 2024 notification.

Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2024:

The maximum age limit for the designated post should not exceed 55 years, as per the official RITES Recruitment 2024.

Tenure for RITES Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2024, the selected applicant will be appointed solely on a contract basis with a one-year tenure that is subject to extension upon mutual consent and commendable performance.

Qualification for RITES Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the RITES Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.

Site Engineer (Bridge)

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. OR
• Aspirants should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Design Engineer (Civil)

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. OR
• Aspirants should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Quality Assurance / Control Manager (Civil)

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. OR
• Aspirants should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Site Engineer (S&T)

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent. OR
• Candidate should have a Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent

Assistant Section Officer (Finance)

• Applicant should have a Graduate degree in any discipline.

Railway operation and safety expert

• Applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / P-way Engineering or equivalent. OR
• Applicant should have a Diploma in Civil /P-way Engineering or equivalent.

Experience for RITES Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the RITES Recruitment 2024, must have the following experience.

Site Engineer (Bridge)-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects, preferably bridge structures.
• For Diploma holders applicants should have 08 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects, preferably bridge structures.

Design Engineer (Civil)-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience in design related to the execution of structures, preferably nearby running tracks.
• For Diploma holders applicant should have 10 years of experience in design related to the execution of structures, preferably, nearby running track

Quality Assurance / Control Manager (Civil)-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience in the execution of railway/road infrastructure projects.
• For Diploma holders applicants should have 07 years of experience in the execution of railway/road infrastructure projects.

Site Engineer (S&T)-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects.
• For Diploma holders applicants should have 08 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects.

Assistant Section Officer (Finance)-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience as an Accountant in Railway Infrastructure Projects/ GC/ PMC/ PSS/ AE/ IE.

Railway operation and safety expert-

• For Degree holders applicants should have 05 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects.
• For Diploma holders applicants should have 07 years of experience in the execution of railway infrastructure projects.

Salary for RITES Recruitment 2024:

According to the official RITES Recruitment 2024 notification, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 22000 to Rs. 35304.

Selected Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2024, candidates who make the shortlist will be eligible for an interview.

The selection process may be conducted online.

• The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:
  Interview – 100%

(Technical & Professional proficiency – 65 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 35%)

• Only candidates who receive at least 60% (or 50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in the interview will be included on the merit list. There won’t be any cumulative qualifying marks.

How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2024, applicants who meet the above-mentioned criteria must appear for a walk-in interview which is going to be conducted between 22nd July 2024 to 26th July 2024. Walk-in interviews will take place on a first-come, first-served basis from 22nd July 2024 to 26th July 2024.
