RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy General Manager (Human Resource), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India, has invited Applications from Experienced Indian Railway Personnel Eligible for Assistant Manager (Civil) Post with Pay Level 09 to be filled through Deputation vide the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice 18/2023 Dated 30.06.2023. Specific Requirements with Educational Qualifications, Experience: The Officers working in the Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government on Regular Posts in the Pay Matrix Levels 07/08 with 03/05 Years Or Equivalent in the Public Sector Undertakings/Public Sector Enterprises/Statutory Authorities with Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering) Or Indian Railways/ Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government or Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs)/Statutory Authorities with 02 Years’ Duration ITI Or Equivalent with 02 Years’ Duration in any Engineering Branch in the Post relevant Disciplines and Essential Experience stipulated for the Post.
Desirable Experience: The Desirable Experience in the Post-related Job Responsibility Areas and Computer Knowledge is Essential.
Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/ Personal Interaction/Interview for all Notified Posts.
Post-Selection as Assistant Manager (Civil) carried out on Normal Deputation Terms, the Appointment shall remain Initially 03 Years and subsequently Extendable by 02 Years, aggregating 05-Years’ Deputation Tenure. Deputation Based Initial Term shall be 03 Years and subsequent Extensions for 4th and 5th Years will be extended by Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority (VC/RLDA).
