Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

For Deputy General Manager (Civil)-

• The candidate should be working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on a regular post in Pay Level 12/ Level 11 from the Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs/Statutory Authority having a Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years’ experience.

For Assistant Manager (Electrical) –

• The candidate should be working in the Electrical Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on a regular post in Pay Level -7(7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs/PSEs/Statutory Authorities having a Degree in Electrical Engineering with 03 years of service.
  OR
  The candidate should be working in the Electrical Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on the regular post in Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs/PSES/Statutory Authorities having a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 05 years of service.

For Manager (Civil)/ Assistant Manager (Civil)-

• The candidate should be working on an analogous post or Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from the Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. or its equivalent in PSUs of Central/State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities having Degree in Civil Engineering with 05 years of service in Group A/Group B. ‘OR’ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience.

Experience for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

For Deputy General Manager (Civil)-

• The candidate should have previous experience in Planning and execution of Land/Estate.
• The candidate should have experience working in an organization/area connected with Land Management.
• The candidate should have experience in Tendering work.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Computer.

For Assistant Manager (Electrical) –

• The candidate should have previous experience in Planning and execution of Land/Estate.
• The candidate should have experience working in an organization/area connected with Land Management.

For Manager (Civil)/ Assistant Manager (Civil)-

Pay Scale for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get a pay scale according to the posts given below:

• The selected candidates for Deputy General Manager (Civil) will be given a pay scale of Level-12 (7th CPC).
• The selected candidates for Assistant Manager (Electrical) will be given a pay scale of Level-9 (7th CPC).
• The selected candidates for Manager (Civil)/Assistant Manager (Civil) will be given a pay scale of Level-11 (7th CPC) to Level-9 (7th CPC).

Tenure for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the appointment would be for 05 years and might be extended for up to 05 years by VC/RLDA for all the positions.
