Post Name and Vacancies for RRC Recruitment 2023:

The Central Railway Regional Recruitment Cell (RRC) is seeking ONLINE applications from eligible sports persons who are Indian citizens to fill 21 Group ‘C’ jobs and 41 (erstwhile Group ‘D’) posts of Group ‘D‘ of the Sports Quota (as mentioned in item 2) for the fiscal year 2023-24. There are 62 available positions.

Application Fee for RRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of RRC Recruitment 2023, candidates must pay Rs.500, with a provision for a refund of Rs.400 to those who are found eligible as per the notification and actually appear in the Trial, whereas candidates from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability/Women/Minorities and Economic Backward Class must pay Rs.250, with a provision for a refund of Rs.250 to those who are found eligible as per the notification and actually appear in the Trial.

Selection Process for RRC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of RRC Recruitment 2023, only FIT candidates (securing 25 or more out of 40 marks for Game skill, physical fitness, and coach’s observations during trial) will be examined for the next step of recruitment. Candidates who are determined to be UNFIT by the Trial Committee will not be evaluated further by the Recruitment Committee.

Qualification for RRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the RRC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.

Level – 5/4
Candidate should have a Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.

Level – 3/2

• Candidate should have passed 12th (+2 stage) OR its Equivalent Examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate from the recognized Board.
  OR
• Candidate should have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.
  OR
• Candidate should have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.

Level – 1
Candidate should have 10th Pass from recognized Board OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT

Age Limit for RRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RRC Recruitment 2023, the lower age limit for the above post is 18 years and the upper age limit is 25 years.
