SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Young Professional (Athlete Relation Manager) and Young Professional (General) on a contract basis. Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the Administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports with its Head office at Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. Mention below is the qualification required for SAI Recruitment 2023:
Young Professional (Athlete Relation Manager)
Candidates should have graduated in any discipline with Certificate /Diploma course in sports management (Certificate/Diploma duration must be more than 6 months) from a reputed institute. OR MBA/Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) from a recognized University / Institution.
Young Professional (General)
Candidates should have Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline or BE/B. Tech or 2 years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any professional Degree earned after a study of 4 years or more acquired after 10+2. Candidates with MBA/Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) specialization in Sports Management from a recognized university will be preferred.

Young Professional (Athlete Relation Manager)
Candidates with a graduate degree should have 02 years of experience and candidates with an MBA/Post Graduate degree should have 01 year of experience. Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in any Sports Discipline will be preferred.
Young Professional (General)
Candidates should have 01 years of experience. As per JD, experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU will be preferred.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 32 years.
Selected candidates for the above-mentioned job post will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable by one year at a time up to a maximum tenure of five years. The contract can be terminated by giving a 30-day of Notice period by either party, i.e., SAI or the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee, the contract will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 50000-70000.
