SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Chef in NCOE, Sonepat on a contract basis. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 05 years. The contract can be terminated by giving 30 days of Notice period by either party, i.e. SAI or the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee, the contract will be terminated immediately without prior notice. There is only 01 vacancy.

Candidates applying for this post should have a Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology/Bachelor of Hotel Management/BSC in Culinary Arts/BA in Culinary Arts from a recognized University/Institution with 2 years of experience as a Chef. OR UG Diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Production or Equivalent from a recognized University/Institution (UG Diploma must be of 1-2 year duration) with 3 years of work experience as a Chef.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 75000-100000. No TA/DA will be accepted for beginning or ending the task. There would be no room for additional perks like DA, housing, residential phone, conveyance or transportation, personal staff, medical reimbursement, HRA, or LTC. Before making the payment, the income tax or any other tax that is required to be withheld under the current laws will be withheld at the source, for which the SAI will issue TDS or Service Tax Certificates, as necessary. A prorated amount of 30 days of leave will be granted to chosen candidates each year. Therefore, candidates who are absent for more than 30 days in a year are not eligible to receive compensation. A calendar year’s unused leave will also expire and cannot be carried over to the following one.
