SAIL Recruitment 2022: SAIL, also known as the Steel Authority of India Limited, is considered a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU), which is based in New Delhi, India. SAIL Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant is inviting professionals who are eligible for the vacant position of Doctor.
The recruitment for the following vacant post will be on a contract basis, and there is a single vacancy for which anyone can apply easily by going to the website of company. For selection, the department has decided to conduct a walk-in interview which is going to be held on 10th November 2022 at HRD Centre, Administration Building, Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, Chandrapur. The essential qualifications required to apply for the vacant post in the SAIL Recruitment 2022 include an MBBS degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Doctors (including ex-employee) can apply for engagement on a contract basis, and the person who will get selected for recruitment will be seeing OPD & Indoor patients, and also organizing CSR activities pertaining to health.
The upper age limit for contractual engagement under this Scheme will be 70 years or any other age prescribed by a Statutory/ Government Authority, whichever is lower. Also, the doctors to be recruited should be in sound health to perform his/her duties.
The period of contractual engagement for the vacant position will be for a period of one (01) year as recommended by the Assessment Committee which can be further extended for a period of one (01) year at the discretion of the Company. The maximum period for engagement under the same contract would not be more than three (03) years. However, there will be no bar on re-engagement. The performance of the candidate selected for the Doctor post will be reviewed on annual basis and the tenure can be extended, subject to satisfactory performance.
Note: Those who are ex-employees of the organization and other PSUs/Govt. who have been separated by opting for voluntary retirement/separation will not be considered for engagement under this scheme. The ex-employee doctors will have to provide a self-certificate in this regard. The doctors engaged in the organization under the same scheme will be provided with company accommodation on a payment basis if desired, subject to availability. The rent and other charges for electricity, water, etc. will be as applicable for that category of the quarter for SAIL employees. No HRA will be admissible.
The candidate selected for the post of Doctor vacant in the SAIL recruitment 2022 will be entitled to a post of Rs. 90,000 per month. The above monthly remuneration rate shall be applicable for engagement for a minimum of 8 hours a day for six days a week or 48 hours a week. Further, if engagement is for less than 8 hours per day/ 48 hours a week, the rates will be pro-rated accordingly.
Those who are interested to get appointed for recruitment to the Steel Authority of India Limited department may walk in for an interview which is scheduled to be held on 10th November 2022 at 9:30 a.m., and the venue for the interview will be HRD Center SAIL-Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, Mul Road, Chandrapur (MS). Candidates must carry their CV and their documents on the day and time of the interview.
