Candidate should have a maximum age of 69 years as on the date of 21.12.2023 for applying to SAIL Recruitment 2023.

Qualification for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

To Apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is described below-

For Super Specialist-

• The candidate must have a DM/DNB/DrNB in the relevant super speciality.
• The candidate must have an MCH, DNB, or DrNB in the relevant super speciality.

For Specialist-

• The candidate must have an MBBS with a PG Diploma/ PG Degree in the relevant speciality.

For GDMOs-

• The candidate must have an MBBS / MBBS with a Diploma or Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health.

Experience for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the required qualification for applying to SAIL Recruitment 2023 as given below-

• The Doctors who are registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or have valid practitioner licenses and are enrolled in the State Register or the National Register, as the case may be applied, apart from other essential requirements as defined above are only eligible to be considered for engagement.
• The Doctors having relevant work experience shall be given preference. The essential qualification and work experience, if any, shall be taken into account as on the date of the Walk-in interview.

Tenure for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

The appointment of SAIL Recruitment 2023 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be appointed for a period of 01 year which can be further extended for a period of one year at the discretion of the Company. The maximum period of engagement under the same contract will not be more than 03 years. 

Selection Process for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

The selection of SAIL Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of document verification and an Interview. The candidates are advised to bring the duly filled-in application form along with the supporting documents (original along with a copy of self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents) mentioned at the time of the walk-in interview.

Document Verification: Only those candidates who are found eligible by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear in the Interview.

Interview – For final selection, a merit list will be prepared in descending order separately for each discipline and category on the basis of total marks obtained in the Interview.

How to Apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates who meet the requirements of SAIL Recruitment 2023 have to report to the venue for the walk-in interview. The walk-in interview will be held on 21.12.2023 from 10:00 AM at the Human Resource Development Centre,(Near BSP Main Gate), Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai 490001.
