SAIL Recruitment 2023: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Dresser cum Compounders. As mentioned in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies for the mentioned position. The Medical fitness of the candidate selected as a trainee under the scheme will have to be certified by the Medical Officer of Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 30 years for General Candidates, 33 years for OBC Candidates, 35 years for SC/ ST Candidates and for PH Candidates (SC/ ST-45 years, OBC-43 years, UR-40 years). The selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs.8000 per month. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have an Intermediate (10+2) in Science from any university/ institution recognized by the Central or State Government and an ANM /GNM /Diploma or Certificate Course in Dresser/ Compounder from any university /institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
According to the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the training period will remain for an initial period of 18 months, Subsequent extension subject to vacancy. The candidates have to reach on or before the reporting time at the interview venue. The candidates have to carry all the original documents and a set of photocopies of the same duly self-attested along with 01 recent passport-size photograph at the time of the interview. On completion of the training “Certificate of Proficiency” will be issued to the successful candidates. As mentioned in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews conducted by the committee. Interested and Desirable candidates can directly appear for a walk-in interview scheduled by the committee on 13.09.2023. The working hours of the trainee shall be for 8 hours a day and 48 hours a week. The trainees, during the period of training, will also be required to work in shifts.
