SAIL Recruitment 2023:Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is currently searching for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Super Specialist, Specialist and GDMOs under various disciplines. As stated in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s upper age limit for given posts of 69 years as on the date of 21.12.2023. The chosen candidates for the mentioned positions will paid a monthly salary of up to Rs.250000.
In accordance with the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, there are 25 vacancies available for the mentioned position. The applicants’ contractual engagement with Doctors would be for one year, which could be extended for another year. Based on the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the applicants will be chosen based on document verification and an interview. Willing and desirous applicants have to report to the venue for the walk-in interview at the Human Resource Development Centre,(Near BSP Main Gate), Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai 490001.

The applicants should have a DM/DNB/DrNB in the relevant super speciality.
The applicants should have an MCH, DNB, or DrNB in the relevant super speciality.
For Specialist-
The applicants should have an MBBS with a PG Diploma/ PG Degree in the relevant speciality.
For GDMOs-
The applicants should have an MBBS / MBBS with a Diploma or Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health.

Based on the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experiences are mentioned below:
The Doctors who are registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or have valid practitioner licenses and are enrolled in the State Register or the National Register, as the case may be applied, apart from other essential requirements as defined above are only eligible to be considered for engagement.
The Doctors having relevant work experience shall be given preference. The essential qualification and work experience, if any, shall be taken into account as of the date of the Walk-in interview.

Salary for SAIL Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicants for the given position will get a monthly salary of upto Rs.250000.
As mentioned in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s tenure of contractual engagement of Doctors would be for a period of 01 year which can be further extended for a period of 01 year. However, the maximum period for engagement under the same contract would not be more than 03 years.

Class XII Mark sheet.
MBBS Mark Sheets of all Years.
MBBS Degree/Passing Certificate.
MBBS Registration Certificate (Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or having a valid practitioner licence and enrolled in the State Register or the National Register).
PG Registration Certificate (Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or having a valid practitioner licence and enrolled in the State Register or the National Register).
Valid practitioner licence.
Experience Certificate showing relevant post-qualification experience from the employer. (In the case of retired employees, a service certificate issued by the parent organization should be given).
Photo Identity Proof (either an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID).
Address proof.
Caste Certificate/PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
A self-certification, that he/she has not separated under Voluntary retirement/separation (For ex-employees of SAIL and other PSUs/Govt. Only).
Selection Procedure for SAIL Recruitment 2023:
As given in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be based on document verification and an Interview. The candidates are advised to bring the duly filled-in application form along with the supporting documents (original along with a copy of self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents) mentioned at the time of the walk-in interview.
Document Verification– Only those candidates who are found eligible by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear in the Interview.
Interview – For final selection, a merit list will be prepared in descending order separately for each discipline and category on the basis of total marks obtained in the Interview.
