As shown in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2024, the candidates must have at least 05 years of work experience in the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and must be approved by DGCA to function as Quality Managers in any organization engaged in Aircraft Maintenance/ CAMO activities.
OR
10 years of work experience in the Aeronautical/Aviation Industry out of which at least 05 years in CAMO of an organisation engaged in Schedule/ Non-schedule/ General Aviation Maintenance Or Operations.
As mentioned in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2024, the appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended further at the discretion of the committee.
