SBI Recruitment 2022: The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD) has invited Applications in Online Mode from the Candidates Eligible for various Regular and Contractual-Based Posts; viz., 1) Junior Management Grade Scale (JMGS)-I; 2) Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS)-II (Regular Positions) and in Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS)-III (Contractual Basis Posts) under “Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCOs) in the State Bank of India on Regular and Contractual Bases” in the State Bank of India (SBI).
Those Candidates, who convincingly satisfy the Eligibility Criteria Benchmark for the Regular and Contractual Based Position under Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers in the State Bank of India and are intend to apply, may proceed with Online Application Registration (OAR). The Candidates may submit their respective Applications Online coupled with the Application Fee, Scanned Photographs and Signature and all other Essential Self-attested Testimonials by adhering to the SBI instructions. There are Total 30 (25+05) Vacancies; i.e., 25 Vacancies have been earmarked for the Positions under Regular Category and 05 Posts under Contractual Based Category. The Closing Date for Online Registration of Application clubbed all the Testimonials and Online Payment of Fee is stipulated 20th September 2022 (20.09.2022) as mentioned in the SBI Recruitment Notification 2022.
Selection Methodologies: Selection to the Regular and Contractual Posts consists of 02 different Criteria. Selection to the Regular Positions consists of 02 Stages (in the ratio Written Test: 70% and Interview: 30%); i.e., Online Computer-Based Written Test (OCWT) for 100 Marks followed by Personal Interview carrying 25 Marks aimed at determining Final Merit. Selection to the Contractual Posts is based on Personal Interview only. The Candidates shortlisted following screening of the Candidates through their Applications detailing the Particulars furnished by the Candidates therein.
Selection Process: The Selection Procedure for Recruitment of all the Proposed 25 Regular Positions of JMGS-I and MMGS-II is through Written Test–cum-Interaction Basis. The Selection Procedure for Recruitment of the 05 Contractual Based Positions of MMGS-III is through Shortlisting-cum-Interaction Basis.
The Selection Process for 1st up to 10th Posts is based on the Weightage Pattern, Written Test 70% and Personal Interview 30% and consists of 02 Stages; i.e., Online Written Examination for Maximum 100 Marks and Personal Interview for Maximum 25 Marks yielding Final Merit for the Posts in
Junior Management Grade Scale (JMGS)-I and Middle Management Grade Scale-II.
The Selection Process for 11th to 15th Posts consists of Personal Interview. Shortlisting of the Candidates shall be based on different Criteria to ensure that only Candidates satisfying the Eligibility and Parameters.
Merit List Criteria: The SBI shall determine the Final Merit List having arriving at post Aggregating the Marks (out of 100 Marks) and Interview (out of 25 Marks). Weightage of Score are 70% for Written Test and 30% for Interview as under:
SBI Examination Pattern for JMGS-I and and MMGS-II:
SBI Computer-Based Test Admit Cards: The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department shall host on 08.10.2022 a Pan India Computer-Based Test in Online Mode for the Applicant being Candidates for Regular Posts. However, the Candidates Applicant under Contractual Basis shall be summoned to appear for Personal Interaction or Personal Interview to be held on the appointed Dates. The Candidates appearing in the Online will be issued Electronic Admit Cards commencing 1st October 2022 (01.10.2022) onwards. The Candidates likely to be called for appearing in Personal Interview will be issued Electronic Call Letters separately.
The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department notified Online Written Test for recruitment in the State Bank of India stipulated for 8th October 2022 Computer-Based Online Test for the Posts under Junior Management Grade Scale (JMGS)-I and Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS)-II will held at various Examination Centers across the country. The Candidates shortlisted in the Online Computer-Based Test will be called to appear for Personal Interaction.
SBI Online Written Tests and Sections:
Term of Services: Contractual Basis 03 Years and Renewable for another 02 Years at SBI Management’s discretion.
Part A: General Aptitude* (Examination Duration: 90 Minutes or 1½ Hours)
i) Test of Reasoning: 50 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions= *50 Marks
ii) Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type= *35 Marks
iii) Test of English Language: 35 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions= *35 Marks
Part B: Professional Knowledge Test (Examination Duration: 70 Minutes)
i) General IT Knowledge: 25 Objective-Type MCQs= 50 Marks
ii) Role Based Knowledge**: 50 Objective-Type MCQs= 100 Marks
