Candidates should have Post Qualification Experience 7 years of experience in which CC of Banks 3 years, Bank BPO 3 years, or Other BPO 4 years (Operations). Experience in running Digital transformation/Change management projects in the BPO. Good knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, Service Excellence, Client Management & Project Management.

Senior Special Executive – Program Manager

Candidates should have Post Qualification Experience of 5 years of which CC of Banks 2 years or Bank BPO 2 years or Other BPO 3 years (Operations). Experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving cross-functional interactions with business, IT teams to deliver new journeys

Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound)

Tenure for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which can be extendable up to 02 more years. The contract can be terminated without assigning any reason by giving three months’ notice from either side or on payment/surrender of three months’ compensation amount in lieu thereof.

Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be selected through a Shortlisting, Interview & CTC Negotiation. Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. A merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interviews only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in merit according to their age in descending order.
