According to the SBI Recruitment 2023 official announcement, there are 9 open vacancies to be recruited for the post of Vice President (Transformation), Senior Special Executive – Program Manager, Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound), Senior Special Executive – Command Centre at Mumbai location. He/she must have mentioned experience in running Digital transformation/ Change management projects in the Bank BPO with good knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, Service Excellence, Client Management & Project Management. |
| Senior Special Executive (Program Manager) | The applicants must have a graduation degree in IT field or postgraduation in IT/Management field. He/she must have to request experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving cross-functional interactions with business, and IT teams to deliver new journeys. |
| Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound) | The candidates should consist a graduation degree in degree in Management field from Government recognized University or Institution. He/she must have mentioned experience in designing customer-oriented scripts and driving training for adherence of scripts with strong Quality Control, etc. |
| Senior Special Executive (Command Centre) | The applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. He/she must have deep knowledge of Contact Centre (inbound and outbound) fundamentals, key performance metrics, agent rostering, WFH, and scheduling of agents as per skill set. |
