SBI Recruitment 2023: The State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting online applications from suitable candidates for Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing), Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (Marketing), Vice President (Transformation), Senior Special Executive – Program Manager, Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound), and Senior Special Executive – Command Centre posts. According to the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, a total of 28 vacancies are available for the above-mentioned posts. Candidates will have to pay Rs 750 as an application fee to apply for this recruitment drive.
As per the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a tenure of 03 years which can be extended for another 02 years at the discretion of the Bank. The maximum age limit to apply for the above posts varies from 35 years to 50 years depending upon the post. The selected candidate can receive a CTC up to Rs 75 lacs per annum. The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview (after the shortlisting process) followed by CTC negotiation.

Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing)
Candidate should hold an MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing from a government-accredited institute.
Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager (Marketing)
Candidates applying for this job should be a Graduate (any discipline) and must have an MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent degree with a specialization in Marketing / Finance from a government-accredited institute.
Vice President (Transformation)
Candidates should have a Graduation degree from any Government-recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in IT/Management domain will be given preferrence.
Senior Special Executive – Program Manager
Candidates should have a Graduation degree from any Government-recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in IT/Management domain will be given preferrence.
Senior Special Executive – Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound)
Candidates should have a Graduation degree from any Government-recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in IT/Management domain will be given preferrence.
Senior Special Executive – Command Centre
Candidates should have a Graduation degree from any Government-recognized institution.

Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing): Candidates must hold at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain.
