SBI Recruitment 2023: The State Bank of India (SBI) has extended the last date from 27.09.23 to 03.10.23 for the position of Probationary Officer (PO). The applicant must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent in order to apply for SBI Recruitment 2023. Candidates willing to apply for SBI Recruitment 2023 should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 30 years. The chosen applicant for SBI Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 41960.

The appropriate candidates for SBI Recruitment 2023 will be selected on the basis of a Preliminary exam, Main exam, Psychometric test, Group Exercise, and Interview. Those who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2023. Candidates having an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2023. Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, etc. would also be eligible.

The candidate selected for SBI Recruitment 2023 will receive a monthly compensation of Rs. 41960 including DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributed Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, Lease rental facility, etc. and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time
The selection of candidates for SBI Recruitment 2023 is based on 3 phases.
Phase-I- Preliminary Examination- English Language, Quantitative , Aptitude and Reasoning Ability- 100 questions for 1 hour.
Phase-II- Main Examination- Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness and English Language- 155 questions based on for 3 hours. English Language (Letter Writing & Essay)- 02 questions for 30 minutes.
Phase-III- Psychometric test, Group Exercise and Interview- Candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately. The marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase-III for preparing the final merit list.
