SBI Recruitment 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking eligible candidates for the post of Vice President (Corporate Communication and Marketing) under Special Cadre Officers on a Contractual Basis. According to the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2024, candidate will be appointed on a contract basis initial period of 03 years which can be extended further for 02 years on the discretion of the Bank. The contract can be dissolved at any moment with three months’ notice from either party or payment of three months’ compensation in lieu.

As mentioned in the Official notification of SBI Recruitment 2024, selected applicant will get a Annual CTC upto Rs.1 Crore. The CTC comprises 80% fixed and 20% variable pay. Annual increment in CTC will be up to 10% of CTC, subject to satisfactory performance.
