Salary for SECI Recruitment 2023:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for SECI Recruitment 2023 is given below-

Additional General Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 260000.

Deputy General Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 240000.

Dy. Manager-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 180000.

Sr. Officer, Sr. Accounts Officer and Sr. Engineer-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 160000.

Secretarial Officer-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 140000.

Jr. Accountant and Supervisor- 

• The selected candidate will get a salary of up to Rs. 80000.

Qualification for SECI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for SECI Recruitment 2023.

For Additional General Manager (Information Technology)-

• The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science / IT with 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University. And SAP Certifications shall be preferably in HCM/ ISU/ PS/ MM/ FI/ ABAP /BOBI and the certification shall be at least one year or more older to the date of this recruitment notification.

For Dy General Manager (Finance and Accounts)-

• The candidate should have a CA/ CMA (or). The candidate should have a Graduate in Commerce with two years of Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University.

For Deputy General Manager (PMC-Civil)-

• The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.

For Deputy General Manager (Project Monitoring)-

• The candidate should have a B.E/ B. Tech in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/institute. The candidate should have 02 years of full-time MBA/PGDM (Marketing or Finance or a combination of both/ Power Management/ Strategic Management/ Corporate Strategy) is desirable.

For Sr. Engineer (Information Technology)-

• The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science / IT/ Masters in Computer Application with 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University.

Age Limit for SECI Recruitment 2023:

The age restrictions for SECI Recruitment 2023 is given below-

Additional General Manager-

• The upper age limit is 48 years.

Deputy General Manager-

• The upper age limit is 45 years.

Dy. Manager-

• The upper age limit is 35 years.

Sr. Officer, Sr. Accounts Officer, Sr. Engineer, Secretarial Officer, Jr. Accountant and Supervisor-

• The upper age limit is 28 years.

Selection Procedure for SECI Recruitment 2023:
