As mentioned in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, there are 02 openings to be filled for the post of Senior Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst.

Age Limit for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

The age criteria for SIDBI Recruitment 2023 are given below-

• The maximum age limit is 35 years to apply for the post of Senior Business Analyst.
• The maximum age limit is 30 years to apply for the post of Junior Business Analyst.

Qualification and Experience for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience for SIDBI Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below-

For Senior Business Analyst-

• The applicant must have an Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications etc. OR MBA / PGDM OR M.Sc(Maths / Statistics / IT) OR MCA OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in data analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI etc.

The following additional qualifications shall be preferred-

• The applicant should have an MBA/PGDM in Finance / IT specialization from an Indian/foreign-recognized university.
• The candidate should have a Professional Certification such as FRM, PRM, or CFA.
• The candidate should have a Knowledge of advanced statistical and quantitative modeling skills (linear regression, logistic regression, and other data mining /predictive modeling skills) etc.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a prior experience of a minimum of 5 years working in the BFSI domain as a business analyst.
• The candidate should have experience in Risk Management specifically in Credit Risk and rating/ monitoring mechanisms in large banks / NBFCs / reputed tier 1 consulting organizations would be preferred.

For Junior Business Analyst-

• The candidate should have an Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications, etc. OR MBA / PGDM OR MSc(Maths / Statistics / IT) OR MCA OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in data analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, etc.

Tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

The engagement of SIDBI Recruitment 2023 is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years extendable, at sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The place of posting will be Mumbai.

Selection Process for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for SIDBI Recruitment 2023 on the basis of shortlisting and a personal interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
