Age Limit for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SIDBI recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Salary for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SIDBI recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 350000. 

For Monitoring and Evaluation Experts- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 150000 to Rs. 200000. 

For Procurement Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 100000 to Rs. 200000. 

For Sr. Environment and Social Safeguard Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 200000 to Rs. 300000.

For Environment and Social Safeguard Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 200000 to Rs. 300000. 

For Lead Technical Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 250000 to Rs. 350000. 

For Sr. Technical Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 200000 to Rs. 300000. 

For Technical Expert- The selected candidate for the post of Expert will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 100000 to Rs. 200000. 

Probation for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of SIDBI recruitment 2023, the appointment is for a period of 1 year and renewal on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualification for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for SIDBI Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Monitoring and Evaluation Experts-

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology, economics, climate / environmental sciences, or a related field.
• The experts should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience preferably on monitoring and evaluation of energy efficiency / environmental/infrastructural/other projects.

For Procurement Expert-

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Management Studies/ Finance/ Engineering or Procurement Management from a recognized university.
• Minimum 05 years hands-on experience in public procurement and administration.

For Sr. Environment and Social Safeguard Expert-

• Postgraduate or equivalent level of education (Environmental management/ Environmental Engineering/ Energy Management/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Development Studies) from a recognized university or Institute.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 4-5 years in the assessment and management of
  environmental and/or social impacts in a consultancy, industrial, commercial role.

For Environment and Social Safeguard Expert-

• Post graduate or equivalent level of education (Environmental management/ Environmental Engineering/ Energy Management/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Development Studies) from a recognized university or Institute.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years in the assessment and management of environmental and/or social impacts in a consultancy, industrial, commercial role.

For Lead Technical Expert- 

• Graduate and Post-graduate degree in electrical, energy or mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning and policy or business or related engineering fields.
• BEE or equivalent certified energy auditor qualifications (BEE accredited Energy Auditor would be preferred)
• Minimum 12 years of hands-on and practical experience of designing and delivering energy savings/ energy
  efficiency projects using energy service performance contracting with ESCOs, in at least two of the following sectors: MSME, industries, municipalities and buildings sector.

For Sr. Technical Expert-

• Graduation in electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning and policy or business or related engineering fields.
• Graduate and Post-graduate degree in electrical, energy or mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning and policy or business or related engineering fields.
• Post-graduation or additional qualifications in energy management related field is desirable.

For Technical Expert-

• Graduation in electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning and policy or business or related engineering fields.
• Post-graduation or additional qualifications in energy management related field is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on and practical experience of designing, financing and/or delivering energy
  savings performance contractingbased energy efficiency projects in various demand side sub sectors, working closely with/for utility companies, ESCOs, energy engineering consulting firms, and/or financial institutions.

Selection Procedure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

The applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The details regarding the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email.

Candidates shortlisted for interview shall have to mandatorily produce all certificates in original for verification at the time of interview.
