SIDBI Selection Committee shall consider Higher Compensation for Competent and Experienced Candidate on the basis of their Suitability with Experience.

Maximum Age Limit: Applicant should not exceed 40 Years
According to the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising Educational/Professional Qualification(s) and Desirable Professional Experience is explained hereunder:
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Economics/Business Management/Social Sciences from any Duly Recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Minimum 05 Years’ Relevant Experience.
Desirable: Working with National/International Organizations/Development Project would be Preferred.
Selection on the Theme Leader (Gender & Financial Literacy) on a Contractual Basis (Full-Time) Post would be conducted by way of a Written Test and /or Personal Interview to be held Online/Offline before the Selection Committee.
The SIDBI Selection will undertake a Preliminary Screening of the Applications for preparing, if necessary, Shortlisting of Eligible Candidates to be called for Interview. The Shortlisted Candidates shall be intimated about the Date of Interview in due course of time.
Engagement Terms: Post-Selection the Contractual Term of Theme Leader (Gender & Financial Literacy) would initially be for 02 Years. However, Need-Based Renewal/Extension of the Engagement Contractual Duration may be considered by SIDBI subject to a/the Periodic Review(s) of Performance.
