SMP Kolkata Recruitment 2023: Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, is seeking applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the engagement of three (03) inland masters on contractual agreements. According to the SMP Kolkata Recruitment 2023 official notification, the post intends to recruit the mentioned posts on contract for a term of one (01) year, with the possibility of an extension subject to SMPK operating requirements and an annual performance evaluation. The candidates interested and eligible to apply for this post shouldn’t be above 45 years of age. The appointed candidates will be offered a monthly salary of up to Rs.40,000/-. The candidate should have five years of inland master experience operating on tugs.
According to the SMP Kolkata Recruitment 2023 official notification, the applicant must possess a First Class Inland Master Certificate from the West Bengal government’s IWT Directorate. Candidates with a 1st Class Inland Master Certificate from Assam may also apply if they have the IWT Directorate, Government of West Bengal,’s certification.
