SPM Port Recruitment 2023: Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port (SPM), Kolkata, is looking for applications from eligible, skilled, and experienced applicants for the post of Nurse on a contractual basis. There are a total of 02 vacant seats available for the aforementioned posts. According to the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, candidates should have a diploma in general nursing or midwifery (GNM), BSc (Nursing), or MSc (Nursing) from an institute recognized by the West Bengal Nursing Council or a similar council in any other state in India with a completed internship. The upper age limit of the candidates is up to 50 years as on 01-12-2023.
Referring to the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, the selected applicants will be paid Rs. 35,000 per month. The period of the appointment is 3 years, which is an extendable satisfactory performance of the candidate. In accordance with the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of the walk-in interview. The walk-in interview will be held on 19-12-2023 and 20-12-2023

According to the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, candidates should have a Diploma in General Nursing or Midwifery (GNM)/BSc (Nursing)/MSc (Nursing) from an institute recognized by the West Bengal Nursing Council or similar Council of any other state in India with a completed internship. They must also have working experience in government, PSU, or private hospitals or institutions of repute for one year after their internship. Ex-servicemen candidates (male and female) are also allowed.
Based on the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 50 years as on 01-12-2023 with an age relaxation of 5 years for the ex-servicemen.
As stated in the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for this post will get a fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000 per month. The candidate will be paid a uniform allowance of Rs. 5513 once a year, a washing allowance of Rs. 319 per month, and an allowance of Rs. 150 per night shift of work.
In accordance with the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, the nature of the appointment is contractual for a period of 3 years, and on the expiration of the said period, the contractual engagement will be automatically terminated. The contract will not continue beyond 65 years of age.
Referring to the official notification of SPM Port Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a walk-in interview. Candidates can appear for an interview along with two passports recent photographs, a CV, all testimonials (originals & self-attested photocopies), a Registration Certificate, an Internship Completion Certificate, and 1 one-year post qualification experience certificate from Govt/PSU or in reputed private hospital/institution on 19-12-2023 and 20-12-2023.
