Age Limit for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

The age limit for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 is given below-

• Candidates should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 30 years to apply for the post of Welfare Officer, Supervisor-Electrical, Supervisor-Production/Lab, Supervisor (Store) and Junior Hindi Translator.
• Candidates should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 28 years to apply for the post of Secretarial Assistant.

Salary for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary up to Rs.103000.

• The selected candidates for the post of Welfare Officer will get a monthly salary between Rs.27600 to Rs.95910.
• The selected candidates for the post of Supervisor and Junior Hindi Translator will get a monthly salary between Rs.29740 to Rs.85570.
• The selected candidates for the post of Secretarial Assistant will get a monthly salary between Rs.23910 to Rs.103000.

Qualification for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is given below-

For Welfare Officer–

• The candidate must possess a full-time degree from a University recognized by the State Government on this behalf.

For Supervisor Electrical-

• The candidate should have done 1st Class full-time diploma in Electrical engineering. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc.(Engg.) in Electrical will also be considered.

For Supervisor Production/Lab-

• The candidate should have done 1st Class full-time diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology/Chemical Technology/Chemical engineering. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc (Engg.) in Pulp & Paper Technology/Chemical Technology/Chemical will also be considered.

For Supervisor (Store)-

• The applicant should have done 1st class full-time diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc.(Engg.) in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/Chemical will also be considered.

For Junior Hindi Translator-

• The applicant should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English with an English/Hindi subject at the Graduation level (i.e. Hindi in case the Candidate is Post-graduate in English and vice versa) and One year of experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa.

For Secretarial Assistant-

• The candidate should be a Graduate with at least 55% marks, Computer knowledge, Stenography at 80 wpm and typing in English or Hindi at 40 wpm.

Selection Process for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 on the basis of an online test, a talent test and a typing test. The online test will be given in the months of November and December 2023. The date, time, and place of the exam will be included in the call letter.

Application Fee for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates who belong to the General/EWS/OBC categories have to pay Rs.600 and SC/ST/PwBD candidates have to pay Rs.200 as an application fee to apply for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023.
