SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Welfare Officer and Junior Technician. As per the SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 108 vacancies. Selected candidates for the post of Welfare Officer will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 103000 and the candidates selected for the post of Junior Technician will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 67390.

Welfare Officer
Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (Duties, Qualifications and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1966 (Enclosed as Annexure-I). Candidates must have adequate knowledge of the Marathi language. Candidates must have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any Industry/ Factory as Welfare Officer/ Personnel Officer/ HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.
Junior Technician (Technical/Control)
Candidates should have Full-Time ITI Certificate recognized from NCVT/SCVT in the Printing trade viz. Litho offset machine Minder/Letter Press Machine Minder/Offset Printing/Platemaking/ Electroplating/ Full-time ITI in Plate maker-cum-impositor/Hand composing. OR Full-Time Diploma in Printing Technology from Government recognized Institutes/Polytechnics.
Junior Technician (Studio)
Candidates should have Full-time ITI Certificate in Engraver/ Platemaker (lithographic) trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
Junior Technician (Store)
Candidates should have Full-time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
Junior Technician (CSD)
Candidates should have Full-time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
Junior Technician (Turner)
Candidates should have Full-time ITI Certificate in Turner Trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
