SSC GD 2024 Answer Key Available: New Website to Host Updates

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is gearing up to announce the answer keys for the Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles recruitment examination.

The tentative answer keys for SSC GD 2024 will be accessible on the ‘Answer Key’ section of the commission’s newly launched website, ssc.gov.in. Previously, these provisional answer keys are released approximately five days after the examination. The written test took place from February 20 to March 7, and answer keys are expected to be uploaded soon on ssc.gov.in.

This year’s SSC GD examination targets to fill 26,146 vacancies across various security forces, including 6,174 for BSF, 11,025 for CISF, 3,337 for CRPF, 635 for SSB, 3,189 for ITBP, 1,490 for AR, and 296 for SSF.

Candidates successful in the computer-based test will proceed to further stages such as Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination, and Document Verification.

How to Access Answer Key SSC GD 2024:

Once released, candidates can follow these steps to check the SSC GD 2024 answer key:

  1. Visit the official newly launched official website (ssc.gov.in).
  2. Navigate to the answer key section.
  3. Access the SSC GD answer key download link.
  4. Download the PDF and cross-verify answers.

The final selection and force allocation of candidates will be based on:

  • CBT score
  • Force preferences indicated by candidates
  • Fulfillment of other conditions specified in the examination notice.

The commission clarified that there is no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of scores and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. Additionally, the examination features negative marking, with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

The computer-based examination was conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages:
