Possessing any one of the following qualifications: –

• The candidate should have a pass in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any one of the Organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government;
• The candidate should be successfully completion of training in the Cash and Accounts Work in the ISTM or equivalent training course and a minimum of 3 years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.
